Discussion on novel coronavirus pneumonia treatment from traditional Chinese medicine model of Jiangxia cable / 从“江夏方舱中医模式”探讨中医药在新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗中的价值

江夏方舱医院是武汉唯一一家中医方舱医院，医院以中医为主、中医药疗法全覆盖的方式运行，于2月14日开舱，运行26日，共收治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者564例，无一例转重症，获得零死亡、零转重、零复阳、零回头、零感染（包括医护人员、后勤安保人员）、零投诉的好成绩。医院在给予患者统方（“新冠2号”“新冠3号”）基础上，针对患者“发热”“咳嗽”“无特殊症状”“焦虑失眠”症状分别给予中药协定处方，再灵活选用针灸、外治、温灸、耳压、经络拍打等手段缓解不同患者的病痛，同时结合养生功法帮助康复，心理疏导调畅情志，最终获得了很好的疗效。“三因司天方”“太极六气针法”的使用对于病毒转阴起到了一定的作用，对于便血、疼痛、失眠等症状甚至有立竿见影的效果。

Clinical Observation of the Rehabilitation Formula for Banking up Earth to Generate Metal in Treating COVID-19 Patients with Deficiency of Lung and Spleen Syndrome in the Recovery Stage / 扶土生金康复方治疗COVID-19恢复期肺脾不足证患者临床观察

OBJECTIVE To discuss the influence of the rehabilitation formula for banking up earth to generate metal onCO-VID-19 patients with deficiency of lung and spleen syndrome in the recovery stage in terms of clinical efficacy and immunology related indexes. METHODS 120 COVID-19 patients with deficiency of lung and spleen syndrome in the recovery stage were divided into the treatment group (89 cases) and the control group (31 cases). The rehabilitation formula for banking up earth divided into the treatment group case to generate metal was given to the treatment group while the control group was not given any interventions. The course was 14 days. The symptom scores were observed before and after treatment in the two groups and the effective rates in the two groups were compared. RESULTS The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.38%, higher than 54. 84% in the control group (P<0.01).The symptom scores before and after treatment in group A and в had no significant differences (P> 0.05), and so did the effective rate (P>0.05). The levels of IgA, Complement C3 after the treatment group were lower than those before treatment (P<0.01). The percent ages of CD3, CD4 and CD8 were higher after the treatment group than those before (P <0.01). Compared with those in the control group, the percentages of CD3 and CD4 in the treatment group had significant difference (P<0.05). CONCLUSION The rehabilitation formula for banking up earth to generate metal can effectively improve the clinical symptoms caused by deficiency of lung and spleen for COVID-19 patients in the recovery stage as well as their immunologic function.

目的 观察扶土生金康复方治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）恢复期肺脾不足证患者的中医证候疗效及对免疫学等相关指标的影响。方法 将120例COVID-19恢复期肺脾不足证患者分为治疗组89例和对照组31例，治疗组给予扶土生金康复方治疗，对照组无任何干预措施，疗程为14d。观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况，并比较2组总有效率。观察2组治疗前后体液免疫和T淋巴细胞亚群相关指标变化情况。结果 治疗后治疗组中医证候积分总有效率为94.38%，高于对照组54.84%(P<0.01)。治疗组IgA、补体C3水平明显降低(P<0.01),IgG、IgM水平明显升高（P<0.05），与对照组比较，IgM、补体C3水平有显著性差异（P<0.05～0.01）。治疗组CD3、CD4、CD8百分比明显升高（P<0.01），与对照组比较，CD3、CD4百分比有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论 扶土生金康复方能够有效改善COVID-19恢复期肺脾不足证患者的中医临床症状，并且能较好地改善患者免疫功能。
